Our Work

We recently helped the Financial Planning Association of Northeast Ohio—the local chapter of a national membership organization for Certified Financial Planner professionals—move beyond the functionality of their chapter pages on the national site. The main goal for their new site was to focus on upcoming events, so we set them up with WordPress, and used custom post types as a data structure to present event details throughout the site. The association manager can easily add an event using a form we created, and that event is then automatically placed on the home page and the events page, with all events also listed in the sidebar. When the event has passed, it is automatically removed and the next event rolls into its place.
