Operations Manager Susan Ringel assists with the billing, monthly reports and client relations, organizes company social events, and manages the day to day goings on at the office.

 

Why do you enjoy working at Dynamics Online?

It is different from anything else I do. Since starting here more than 8 years ago, I have learned so much about our business and the business world in general. In my other life, I teach Hebrew to 3^rd and 4^th graders and their parents, and do tutoring. I volunteer with Northeast Ohio Voter Advocates, and this year I am the co-chair of a committee of the National Council of Jewish Women called “Acts of Kindness.” Our projects include preparing lunch for local firefighters, giving new books to elementary school students, and helping people to be trained in Hands Only CPR.

 

What are your takeaways from work?

My mom went back to work full time when I was in sixth grade. She loved her position in a family business. I feel fortunate today to be a part of a small operation with great people and excellent talent. I always see the benefits of the personal communication and service that we give, on the phone, via computer or in person. I enjoy attending events at the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce, and other chambers around town, because I like to learn about what people do.

 

Hobbies?

I love to read novels, bake sweets, and facetime with our darling 21-month-old grandson, Teddy, who lives out of town. I sing in Entertainmobile, a fun- loving group of ladies who bring show tunes and smiles to senior citizens in assisted living sites and nursing homes. I drive my family crazy because I insist on reduce-reuse-recycle at home. I play Scrabble, mahj and canasta, and I’m trying to achieve a golf swing. And each morning, no matter what the weather, I walk my dog, Rosie. If I don’t do it first thing, I won’t do it!
